In order to further implement the practical education concept of the college, help students deeply understand the important significance of internships for personal growth and development, and guide business students to actively participate in internships in winter and summer vacation enterprises and institutions, the Career Development and Employment Guidance Association of the School of Business and the School of Intellectual Property held the 2023 Winter Holiday Enterprise and Institution Internship Experience Sharing and Evaluation Meeting on the afternoon of March 15 in classrooms A01-S601. Wang Changyou, Director of the College Student Work Office, Zhang Meng, a part-time counselor, and 10 student representatives jointly served as on-site judges.

Eight contestants took the stage one by one to defend and share their personal winter internship experiences and insights. Some of them joined securities companies, some joined commercial banks, and some joined government agencies. Internship is not only an opportunity to step out of campus, experience society, and broaden their horizons, but also a process of exploring, understanding, and breaking through oneself. After all the contestants finished their defense, Teacher Wang Changyou gave a brief review and emphasized the importance and urgency of internships to the on-site students. He encouraged students to actively apply for internships and participate in internships during winter and summer vacations, truly experiencing a position through internships, experiencing workplace life firsthand, and gradually clarifying their future development direction while enriching their personal resume. In the end, after being scored by the on-site judges, Zhu Huimin won the first prize, Guan Ziwei and Li Mingyang won the second prize, and Wang Sijia, Sun Yuxin, and Li Muqiao won the third prize.

Through the wonderful sharing of 8 contestants and the careful comments of the judges and teachers, the students on site deeply realized the importance of participating in winter and summer internships. They hoped that students could use their dreams as horses, live up to their youth, accumulate experience through internships, and continuously improve their competitiveness in job seeking.
